I could do that but the engine is so dirty and the pan leaks a little I might as well just pull it, fix the seal, get the bolt, and clean the engine.

Just for an FYI, if you get a rubber oil pan gasket make sure you get longer bolts. We did this on my buddies truck and we couldn't get longer bolts cause he needed it the next day so we had to put the floor jack under the pan to compress the gasket big PITA

Just a update, the nut was in the oil pan I could hear it move the second the pan came down.
