poor vacuum

Default poor vacuum

My vacuum isnt what it used to be. replace lines, still sucks. when driving my cruise cant keep up, u can feel its trying. give the truck gas and the vents turn off, Ideas?

fix your plenum leak..that will fix your problem entirely!

Not sure about the Rams but my Dakota has a vac reservoir under the wiper cowl that stores vac for the WOT and cruise situations because the engine builds very little vac at the higher rpms. If it gets a crack in the plastic tank you will have all kinds of problems...even with the heater controls.
