Default tires, will they fit

well ive had my 2001 dodge ram 1500 SLT sport quad cab for about 2 months now. i was going through the local craigslist and saw a set of 315/75/16R Wild country tires for a steal since there a lil more than 1/2 life. i was wondering if they would fit on my truck since it sits stock height right now, but i have aftermarket rims on it, i have a set of american racing atlas rims. the specs on the rims are 16x8's, backspacing is 3.75 and the offset is -19

You will rub. Those are basically 35" tires. They will hit all sorts of places. Most folks recommend 5" of lift to fit 35's......

PO said my truck has 3" lift. It has 35 wild countrys and only rubbed the mud flaps til I took them off. That made me think it was more than 3". How can I tell?
