Okay sominthink my alternator is done for but I'm not sure. Okays here is how it started one nightni was working on the inside if the truck listening to the radio and then the front speakers stopped working then the next day it didn't want to start I jumped it and it wouldn't start unless I gave it gas then I took off the negative end of the battery and the air filter and put the negative end back on and it started right up. Then I was working on the inside again I think I was listening to the radio and next day nothing jumped it it worked for a few days perfectly fine and now today it wont start I haven't jumped it. What could it be?????

 

Give it a jump, and take it to your local parts store, and have the battery/charging system tested. (takes two minutes, once they get out there.) They can tell ya if you have a bad battery, or the alt is taking a dump.
