I couldn't find any close enough to the right size at Lowes but I have to wait for my dremel to get back from the warranty claim anyway so I've got a good week or so to find something that will work.

If you know the size that you need and you can't find them there, I have no problem looking over here for you. Just pay what it cost and a 44 cent stamp and you got it.
Sounds good to me, I'll get back to you with pictures/measurements tomorrow. I'll put them in this thread for the people with the same issue in the future.
I designed and 3d printed some rollers that snap onto the stock pins. All that is required is that you bend out the tabs at one end and slide them in the rail. I just made them today so it will take some testing to see how well they hold up but it is very nice not having to remove the regulator to fix the issue.

For those who have printers: I printed these with PETG filament with 100% infill on a .3mm nozzle.
By the way...this was on a 98 Ram Quad cab that only has 68k original miles. Time seems to be the factor on these parts over mileage.
Looks good, don't forget to smother that rail in grease.
I found some of the push clips for the door panel on ebay for a ford that were a little bit too big so I had to do one cut down the center with the band saw to remove a little meat to make them fit. I got those because they were $5 for 25 but the dealer and body shops wanted $3.50 each. If you do a little digging online you might be able to find the right size at a decent price.
I got a piece of PTFE and drilled a hole through it then left it on the drill bit so it would be perfectly round and had the bit spinning while I shaped it on a band saw.

$3.30 at Lowes, no Home Depot in my area had them in stock. Clipped the plastic off and just used the metal. Cut off the old roller metal ***** and drilled a hole for the screws. Tightened well and greased all the tracks and joints up.
One other warning I'll mention is to put your window regulator halfway down before removing it. Otherwise I couldn't get the bolt holes to line up putting it back in.
Lol. I know, I have the same problem with my passenger side. Wheels are frozen, and the original grease hardened into something resembling bee's wax. Free Teflon is a great fix, but I saw guys spending about the same as a new regulator.
