yes, The guy at the tranny shop were I had my rebuild said He has seen a lot of guys use longer bolts like the originals and due to the header flange being thinner they actually drive them in too far and crack thier heads..

Well, as stated I did get one side done last week. The stage 8 bolts I got from Summit Racing are to short so I had to use my old hearder bolts to put the drivers side on. On the old header the flang was 3/8 where as the new one is 1/2. I know that don't sound like much, but it's adds up to 4 or 5 treads on the bolt.

I'm going to try and get the other side done today, but I still need to install my Whelen strobes in my head lights today. Install my new Bilstein shocks that I have had at the shop for 2 weeks now. Sick of seeing then in the shop and not on the truck.

Also, need to install my new 3 port ISO for my Fisher plow. I have a 4 port, but ran into a good deal on the 3 port parts. I have also some new plow parts I need to sale for a Ram. Any one here plow with there Ram and a Lifted one at that?
