BY the way it looks it broke right at a weild or should I say just past the weild , buit I would still have to take it off and try to weild it back, but if it don't take a weild I'm out of a truck until I can aford some new ones or use ones. I'm just sick right now. I need a inspection and It want pass until this repair is done.

im glad i don't live in a state with inspections, seems like there a real pain in the a**. a manifold would be pretty easy to remove, and if you could fix it, it would be a cheap repair, just the price of a gasket.

Just had a new exhaust installed? Betcha someone futzed it up and expected the headers to carry some of the weight of the rest of the system. They aren't designed to do that.

My old ones developed a crack in an inner weld. Almost impossible to fix. I bought good jba shorties to avoid another problem. Cost $550 though.
