I don't change my own oil. Around here, for oil and filter of reasonable quality, its about 23 bucks, with tax and all. I can go to the one shop I trust here in town, and have someone else deal with it, for 20 bucks....... I sit in the waiting room, read a book, and swill coffee. Don't have to lay on my back outside in the dead of winter. I also don't have to worry about disposing of waste oil, and filters...

Tell me about, I've had to say hello to the crutches again. And they don't work so great during the "holiday season" if you catch my drift. lol

I'd just like to say I've used Fram filter's since I've been changing my own oil, about 3 years now, and have NEVER had an issue. Maybe I'm just lucky
