Your build sheet does say what axles you have
DJFS Dana M60/248MM Front Axle
DMDP 3.55 Rear Axle Ratio
DREP Dana M70/267MM Rear Axle
I thought all 2500 Rams came with 4.10 gears, hmm..

no 3.55 or 4.10 in the 2500 and 3.55 and 3.92 in the 1/2 tons and the later off road model was 4.10's

4.10's were an option.... My 3/4 ton has 3.55s as well.

That's the first thing I looked for when I bought the 2000. Didn't care much about anything else. LOL I didn't want another dog like my 98 was.

You were correct man.

So, 2 weeks later I was FINALLY able to get on an alignment rack and I was frankly horrified on what I found. Hah!
TOTAL TOE: 1.77*
I nearly **** my pants.

Anyway, she's aligned and everything is in spec now. Camber caster and toe is all good, thrust angle is good.

I just wanted to add thanks a lot guys for all your help and advice, as always your all the best.

So what do you think caused the excessive toe-in?
