If you do have a Vacuum leak, and hve trouble pinpointing it... get some starting fluid and spray it near the vacuum hoses, around the throttle body gasket, intake manifold gaskets... if you hear the idle drop, thats where your leak is...

Also, the negative battery cable should have been disconnected FIRST, before any work. That and cheap replacement parts may be the issue. Did the bore in back of the TB get cleaned before installing new IAC? https://dodgeforum.com/forum/dodge-r...n-the-iac.html
