Default Please help!!!

I have a 99 dodge 5.2
IT IS A MANUAL NOT AUTO
It has 230,000 and still runs strong but one problem. It has a idling issue I believe.

If I let it set right after I start it up, it will start running rough and then a hissing starts. RPM get lower and then it revs up by itself. Almost like it trying to fix itself.

Also it did alot of hesitations while driving.

So far, I have changed

-Throttle Position Sensor
Seems to kill most of the hesitation

-IAC Sensor
Seemed to do nothing....

Now I hear that the crank sensor could be playing a part.
So that was my next guess

NOT MY VIDEOS, But that is the idle my truck is doing.

The RPMs also jump up and down when I push the cluch in and brake.

Did you reset the PCM after you changed the IAC and TPS?

Time for a smoke, or a beer, whichever your preference (or both....) and when you are done, hook it back up, and see if that doesn't improve it's attitude any.

Yep. Shore does. Back of the motor, passenger side. You need an arm with three elbows to remove it. Don't even think you are going to be able to actually see it....

Might bea vacuum leak. unplug a vacuum line and if the idle stays the same, you've got a leak....
