Exactly. By the way, where did you buy these tires from? They're pretty tough to find..

Thanks for the pix they help. I see a spring spacer on your truck looks to be about 3" did/or do you have a trac bar spacer or an adjustable trac bar. If not chances are you are dog-tracking and that will cause that kind of tire wear fast, ask me how I know. Next you have one heck of a crown on that tire that can be two things under inflation (which you are not) or to narrow of a rim, you have a 7" wide rim with a 11.9 section wide Bias tire, Bias tires are not the same as a radial tire for forgiveness I would be looking for a 10" wide rim for those tires. As in you one post you have checked your shocks so thats out.
Edit: I also see a second or dual shock mount how much lift is in this truck? If you could get a pix of the front diff and steering parts that would be great help. And if you could one of the back tires as well.

The tires the truck came with were completely shot and on some aftermarket rims.
No clue on age - they came with the truck. They aren't all rusted out and they all functioned correctly. I guess it could be bushings, but they look ok.
What size are the other aftermarket rims? Do you still have them?
Well for S & G’s get a long piece of 3/16 or ¼ inch rope, tie it to your hitch or something on the back of the truck, next take that piece of rope and about half way up the tire go around the whole truck with the rope. Tie it off tight, and then go to the front of the truck and look to see if the rope is offset, the rope should look the same on both sides of the truck. A little wider at the front is ok. If it’s off go back to the alignment shop and get them to fix it.

I took to the shop about a month ago because the first alignment, they did not adjust my track bar, and my drivers side was sticking out about 2" more on one side. They fixed that. I will try the rope in the morning when its not dark out.
I didn't realize the 2nd shock was there for offroading. I'll have to figure something out, because the threads on mount are all rusted up, and I'd never be able to get a nut on it.

I can tell that you have some new parts there. If the truck does have 4” lift then I see some possible issues.
I am seeing stock length control arms after 3” of lift you need longer control arms, this will pull your diff back in the wheel well and also clock the pinon up, the lower cam bolts can only do so much. I see the stock length bump stops, a disconnected sway bar and lack of lowering brackets, lack of a drop pitman arm. Some of this has zero effect on tire wear.

Disconnected sway bar? The sway bar links are on the menu this spring, but the angle iwasn't incredibly extreme. I also have adjustable controls arms on the menu, as well. After replacing everything else up front that needed to be replaced because it was all bad, I was a bit restricted on $.
So back to the tire wear issues. Any more ideas? Whatever is causing my tire wear is probably also making my truck wander excessively, unless that wandering truly is because of the bias ply tires.

so we had or first snow and I found myself using my 4wd - whereas I've previously only used it in the mud or at really slow speeds.
Anyhow, I'm getting horrible vibration in 4WD (4 hi) that increases as I accelerate. If I'm on the snow, its better, but when I hit patches of wet pavement (versus snow covered), I'm getting vibration in the wheel (feels like up/down). This vibration is not there in 2wd.
Could the 2 be related?
