Default Replacing a rear back window

Hello fellow ram owners. Well I haunt been posting on 2nd generation rams anymore now that I have a Dakota which really sucks. I miss the ram. On another note though I've been trying to replace the rear sliding back window on a Dakota without much luck. Now the siZe is obviously smaller then the ram but I figure the process is the same. Once I take all the panels off and bend the tabs I can't figure out how to get the window loose. ive heard cut the glue but I can't seem to get to it. I need your guys help. Thanks

If it is glued in, then yes it needs to be cut out. There are tools made for that purpose. If you can get a helping hand, guitar or piano string will also work. Just need someone on the inside to work that end. Youll need to poke the string through the urethane, then use a sawing motion to cut it.

I'm just having a hard time even getting it started. I've taken windows out before but with the frame and all its a bitch.

I was neither born here nor raised here but am merely serving brief sentence of Purgatory. It's not nice to call people vile names

I apologize for besmirching your superior breeding, kind Sir. Please do be careful to avoid osmosis during your visit.
