Top cigarette lighter works but the bottom one doesn't

Gotcha. I just always thought of it as the relay box. Relay box under the hood and fuse panel in the cab.

Thanks again that worked like a charm! Once I looked it up it the service manual, it was as easy as taking out the 2 screws for the ash tray, two screws for the cup holder, and that part of the dash popped right off. Cigarette lighter had just come unplugged. Now I got my GPS and phone charger back.
