The pipe on our trucks going from the manifolds to the cat is 2 inch correct?

Well I'm going to run duals and the glasspacks I'm getting are 2 1/4. I thought the pipe on the 2nd gens is 2 inch into the cat and 2 1/4 out? I have to buy cats too

I went to get to pipe today and was surprised at the price. Local muffler shop wants $9 a foot for 2.5 and $6 for 2 inch
