musty smell coming out heater

I had the same smell a while back.
I had a leaky heater core.
I replaced the heater core.
I don't have the smell anymore.

if that hound barks treed, ya gotta get a twist stick jammed into coon to extract it.

area right at the base of the windshield that has the plastic grating-like stuff. (outside the truck)
