Default Newer ecu in 1996 dodge 1500
can a 1998-2001 ecu be put in a 1996 or what can i do so i can put a programmer on my truck?

im new to tis site and to dodges in general so be easy

Not really, too much changed in 98. Hemifever Tuning offers SCT tuners for your truck though.
