IAC motor is on the back of the TB. Throttle position sensor is on the drivers side, MAP sensor is on the front.

Well Autozone was no help they didnt even have a code reader how great is that. I picked up an new IAC while I was there and plugged it and and tried it out and it stopped till I got home and stepped on the brake and load and behold it died on me. So it was working great for 5 miles, I was thinking could there be a vacuum leak somewhere to cause it to stall out? I even got a new plenum and filter. SO any info that I am missing would be very gracious.

By reseting you mean disconnect the battery for 30 seconds right? I did clean it thoroughly atleast I thought i mean soaked and scrubbed and wiped all around and inside the port. Today I am going to check the MAP, and the TBI because a pal of mine had a crack in his (HOW did it crack who knows) and it did the same thing. So im gonna check all surfaces and port leaks. I dont know maybe a vacuum leak I might not be hearing or noticing.

Yep, exactly that. I would leave it off for a few minutes though, just to be sure.

My take is that once you reset the PCM and have cleaned or changed the IAC the truck needs to "re-learn" the settings again. ZMAN told me to cycle my key 10 times without starting the truck when I replaced my IAC and it worked great.

Why not try disconnecting the brake booster vac line from the intake, plug the port so as it will not cause a vac leak. Step on the brake and see if it still stalls out, if it does not stall then you have a leaking brake booster. If you go for a drive with that vac line removed remember you won't have power brakes so be carefull.
