Ok the things yall have said is the staright forward first things to check.

Realys are all good
fuses are all good.
Coil ohms out to be good
it has battery power to ecm
it has ign switch power to ecm
the 2 grounds to the ecm are good
useing a tester there is a signal thru the crank sensor
and there is a signal thru the cam sensor ( but there is only 2.7 volts going to the two sensors tho) thought it was supposed to be 5 volts and again my ecm will run another truck.

It will not ground the asd or fp relay when the key is turned on or while cranking over.

I can add a ground to the asd and fuel pump relay then i get power to the injectors and they are fueling and it will then get power to the coil.
But it still will not fire

what am i missing or over looking???????????

What's your battery like? Low voltage will REALLY cause these trucks to do some odd stuff.....

Battery is good. Voltage is 12.5 thing makes no sence to me at all.
For some reason o am stuck kicking the idea that the ecm will not send a ground signal to the asd and fp relay.

But my ecm will fire another truck right up...
I have ran jumper wires for grounds to the cab , frame and engine just to eliminate that .

Something else is pissing off the ECM then. I think what you are looking at is an ASD event. Have a look thru the service manual and see what possible causes are....... the low voltage signal to the cam/crank sensors might be a big part of it, as both will give you the ASD event. (failed sensor.)

I havent been able to find much in the manual to help other than some brief wireing schematics of the conector pins and such.

Yeah, I couldn't find it either..... There were a few posts by cmckenna on asd events. Might try looking at his posting history......

Basically though, I think if ANY of the 5 volt sensors were bad, the PCM wouldn't trip ASD relay, or fuel pump. Those would be:

cam sensor.
crank sensor.
map sensor.
TPS.

And, I think, the O2 sensors as well. Might try unplugging the lot of them, (except cam and crank) and see if the truck will start.
