That's fairly standard. On my van, it didn't have rear brakes when I bought it, after looking at it, I replaced EVERYTHING from the ABS controller back.....

If I were you, I would take the line off now, straighten it out, and measure it. Then once you have the length, go to the parts store, and get the NICOPP break line. The stuff is super easy to bend so you wont have any trouble. Then just install it on the truck and make the appropriate bends. Its as simple as that. No need to worry about getting fittings and bulk line and flaring it all yourself, thats a pain. Just go get the premade nicopp line and do it yourself. Itll take like 30 minutes.
