Default Broke plastic vaccum line near AC lines

Well, after replacing valve cover gaskets on my '98 Dodge Ram 1500 truck I realized that the AC would not blow air through the vents but through the defrosters only. Upon reinspection of the vehicle I noticed a thin vaccum line coming out of firewall next to AC lines that was broke. This line goes into a 3 way connector that also goes in somewhere in the breather assy (i think).
My question is how hard is this to fix? Could I use some plastic epoxy to fuse it together? I am looking for a clamp to tie the two halfs together and hopefully that will get me.

Just use a short piece of rubber vacuum line to splice it back together.
