Default Since tire shops dont know.....

Well since belle tire, discount tire, etc dont know if oversize tires would fit i figured i'd ask again here.

01 ram 1500 4x4 5.9, 2.5" front coil spacers,1.5" rear block

Someone told me i cant fit 315/75/16 with OEM 5" backspacing rims

can i fit 315/70/16's? keep in mind that i will be doing some light wheeling, (2 tracks and so forth)

or can i fit 305/75/16's with no rub and no rub on trails

or 295/75/16 ? thanks ya'll

or 305/70/16 ? i just dont want to get 285/75/16 and be disappointed on how small they look on my truck.....

295/75's should clear just fine.

315/75's I think are going to be too tall with just 2.5"s of lift.

305/70's are going to be pretty wide, and will more than likely hit the lower control arm on tight turns, not sure about elsewhere.

285/75's would be no problem.

What make are the tires, I will go and find the web page that states what is the min rim width the tires can go on.
