search ebay for "magnaflow 23285" it includes the pipes from exhaust manifold to the muffler and its bolt on ...about 189 bucks shipped... no loss of low end running rich or codes to deal with this way... trust me I just installed this and before this I had a gutted cat (didnt know it)...
