Did you clean out the throttle body really well, when you changed the IAC?

I didn't think I would have had to, it looked like the brand new throttle body was clean enough. I bought it from 1999blkdakrt on eBay, and a lot of people reccommend him on here, so I doubt its been messed with. I can try doing that when I get some shop time again soon. I have yet to check fuel pressure also, what generally is the psi supposed to be?

I don't think its a vacuum leak. I sprayed around the whole intake and engine in general and didn't notice any variation going on. A friend of mine said to test the evap that hooks up to the IAC sensor and see if that is broken or not.

A vacuum leak could be in may other places besides the intake itself.

Yeah, I figured that would be the most common area for a leak. I had the motor resealed 4000 miles ago, including head gaskets, all intake, valve covers, and oil pan. So I'm almost certain it isn't a gasket leak, but I can't tell what vacuum lines would be leaking. I've sprayed all around different lines and such. Still boggles me.

New news today, I had my CEL come on and it came up as a P0140 code. So could all of this have to do with my oxygen sensor? I will admit it is a Bosch sensor and after installing I read on here that our trucks don't particularly like Bosch's. It is fairly new, like around 3 months old. I cleared the code, we'll see if it pops up again.

Did you replace both O2 sensors or just one?
