Cured
As suggested by a couple of you, it was the Alarm system.
The system was Alarm/Remote start/Auto door locks.
I beleived the installer wired it to the wrong hot lead.
My Cure was to remove the whole system, only reason was I didn't want it anyway. I may however reinstall the remote door locks.

I had a camaro with an alarm that didn;t work in it. Weird thing with that car:
1. If you stalled it (5 speed) and tried to restart turning the key to START will not even let the engine turn over.
2. If you opened up the car door and kept the drivers door open, it would start.
3. If you started and stopped it as usual, there would be no problems. Only the problem when stalling and then trying to start.

Evidently the wiring was completely messed up under there.
