Replaced TP sensor rpms still pulse at highway speeds but only under a small load. Did notice one thing when sitting in driveway if I bring the engine above idle and hold steady the rpms will drop about 100 then go back, it will pulse back and forth. Could it be a dirty IAC valve, vacuum leak, or a fuel problem. Any ideas?

Maybe an O2 sensor malfunction when in closed loop?

 

Dirty IAC and/or TPS issue will cause this symptom.

 

It idles smooth no pulsing, gonna clean the ICA and see if that helps. Next question I've heard you can clean o2 sensor, as anyone heard of this or done it if so what's the best way.

 

Yes. You remove it and clean IAC but do NOT turn, push, or pull pintle or you can damage it. Also clean the hole that it fits into. Easer to do if you remove TB.

If you are going to go the trouble of pulling the O2 sensor, just replace it with an NTK, or Denso unit. They are pretty cheap from Rock Auto.
