Question Will not start

1998 Dodge ram 1500 with a 318 has new battery and all the fuese were checked. I will turn over but will not start, the gages are inop and the radio is inop no reading other than milage on the odom. I had work done on it - new front end shocks and springs. thye had to Cut away the old shocks they were rusted up. the shop is a custom shop so they are nto mechs they let the old battery go ded and then jumped the old bat with a starter box AND jumper cables to another truck. my truck is sitting and I have no other recourse but to have it towed to dealership. anyone have any idea what elese I could check.

Check the connectors at the PCM. The custom shop IS paying for this, right??
