roll cage
with me wheeling my truck like i do, adding even more lift and possibly swapping axles safety comes to mind. Thinking of building a full cage for my truck or at least getting a good true roll bar. Any one know of anything for our trucks?
I have seen bed bars, but, they won't do squat for ya in a rollover.... the just mount to the sheetmetal. For a "real" roll bar, you need something that actually is braced to the frame. Haven't seen anything like that, that wasn't custom fabbed.
I think the "roll" bars that mount in the back of the bed aren't actually called roll bars anymore, but sport bars because they do nothing if you roll. A full cage in the cab is the only way to go, and gonna be custom. Unless someone has come out with a kit since the last time I checked, its been a couple years.

lmao
Thru the dash? Wonder how they accomplish that...... I would think that trying to cut a hole in a factory dash would be problematic at best... I would expect it to disintegrate before the saw even touched it, out of sheer fear.
