Off Ebay. Just make sure they ship to your Country. Most salvage yards that do business on Ebay will if you ask.

Most online sites(major manufacturers) like Rockauto.com AutopartsWarehouse.com will ship to other countries. They will be slightly more expensive as they carry Remanufactured items, not used.

Just make sure you get someone to program the vin number of your vehicle into the pcm otherwise it will vin lock

Wow, that was quick. I think you are better off contacting one of the companies listed in dirtydog's link's. You have to provide them with personal info also. Could get a bit sticky having a third party do it for you.

 

Also, dodge Saudi, what is wrong with truck, and why do you think the PCM is bad? Too many people seem to rush to buying a PCM when the real issue is still unresolved....
