Relay should have 12 volts at all times on pin 30, and on pin 86 when the engine is running. (or, the key is on.....). Pin 30 is main power supply for the trans, 86 is control circuit supply. Pin 85 should be grounded with the engine running. (you can use a test light for that. put the clip on the positive batter terminal, poke the probe into pin 85 socket, start the engine. Light should come on.)

Ok, i'll check it when i get home this evening. I just kind of poked around when i checked it last night. I think it was only getting 12 in one spot with the key on. I'm guessing that this is leading up to the pcm being bad if its not getting the right volts to the pins? Thanks again man, you sure are saving me alot of guess work.

85 shows continuity to ground with the key on? That's good. That means that part of the circuit is working.
Pin 86 gets power from the "out" side of the generator field windings. Should be a dark blue wire coming FROM the alternator, to pin 86 in the trans relay, check continuity on that wire, and see what ya get. <- Ignore that.... incorrect.
Ok, investigating a bit further..... Dark blue wire comes from C130, which is AT the PDC. If the alt works, problem has to be in the PDC itself.....
