Default High idle v10
Was having a high idle yesterday with my 1998 v10 if i reved it once it went down also noticed with cruise on it seemed like it came out of lock up a couple times so quit useing the cruise on th same trip back and lockup was fine does the tps control lock up like the v8s

Yep. Sure does. Might wanna check the TPS, it could cause both problems.

And the I'd check the IAC aswell. (Idle Air Control) Module. Fits on the rear-end of the throttle body.
