Default axle swap

Okay so i have the oppertunity to buy the front and rear axles and susspension off a 94 cummins 2500. I would like to be able to put them on my 99 1500. What parts would i need off of the 94 and what parts should i use off my 99? How time consuming would it be? The 94 axles have 4.10 in them so would i need to reprogram my computer? Any other hints would be good.

Axles (of course...)

For the front, take the control arms, swaybar, links, steering linkage, track bar. (if it's any good.)

For the rear.... You got two choices, adapt the axle to your 2.5" wide springs, which folks have done... or, take the springs, and the frame mounts...

You will also want the t-case, if you can get it, and the driveshafts.

You will also need to pull the 12 valve and swap it into your truck
