help getting intake off

Any idea what size wrench goes on there it feels like I got the right one but not sure.

No idea, my 96 doesn't have egr.

Cant get this thing to budge...what will happen if I cut it off&weld both ends shut?&I thought there was a egr valve delte write up but I cant find it.

i think the nut size is 7/8 on the back of the intake
