Default Skipping Problem.

I have just purchased a 1997 Dodge ram 1500 sport 4X4 with the 5.9. I just had the trans built and went through and done a complete tune up while the trans was out. Now that I have put it back together it has a skip while idling and wants to studder when you go to take off. I have checked the firing order and I am right on that, I checked fire and everything is there. I was told there was injector issues with these trucks. I did find that it is on the number 3 and 7 cylinders is were the problem is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No. I finally figured it out. It is always the little thing you take for granted that cause the problems. Found that the gap was completey closed on the spark plugs and the rest of them were gapped wrong. I appreciate that. Did not even think of that one.
