my 99 dodge ram 1500 with the 46re started this after 150000 miles so it wasnt a surprise when 2 months after changing the fluid the tranny crapped out to 2 neutrals and 3 reverses and 1 park. u can probly look for a new tranny or a rebuild kit btw im 15 and was 14 when i did this to my truck. i hope it isnt this extreme and i hope u find the problem
