Default 46RE slipping after filter/fluid/gasket

I recently changed out my filter and fluid in my truck, now whenever i take off from a stop it starts slipping, but once im moving it does fine, i can floor it around 35-40mph and itl hook up 1st and take off. It wont even spin the tires in gravel in forward or reverse gears, like it used to before the fluid/filter change. The transmission supposedly has around 87k miles on it.

Could this be a simple band adjustment? Or are the clutch paks going out?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

recheck fluid level with engine running and trans in neutral and make sure you're looking at the lowest point on the stick. it sounds low.

Make sure you use ATF+4. Brand doesn't matter, but type does matter.

Yeah i used +4, just checked it and its actually a little above where its supposed to be. Still not getting much power to the ground from a stop.
