Default Valve Covers

anyone know if the LA style valve covers will fit on the magnum heads? i have read that they will. just wondering if anyone of yal have done it. supposed to be the same bolt positions, just less bolts. id like to get a set of chrome covers. here is a link to what im talkin about. Yes i know it says it wont work on magnum heads, but if you search like i have, i have found that everyone says it will still work, just less bolts. and i would use the valve cover gaskets for the LA covers. Let me know guys. thanks.

From my understanding, LA valve covers are five bolts, and Magnum style are 10..... and that is the ONLY difference...... might have some fun getting them to seal up, but, should fit.....

I would still try to find what you want that has the right number of holes in it though....

I was under the impression that the ones for the magnums were taller for more clearance?
Just dont try to return them if they dont fit I guess...

I've been running a set of MP LA covers for almost 10 years now and they fit fine with no leaks. You'll have to use the LA gaskets and the passenger side front is VERY close to the alternator positive wire stud but is does clear. Just be sure to disconnect the positive battery cable when installing.
