alright i think i tryed everything and it gets weirder and weirder. its a 01 2500 5.9 gas and it will start everytime run for a couple seconds then sputter out and stall. i do not have a fuel pressure tester but i put 2 new fuel pumps in and just about every sensor i read that could be an issue ex- tps, crank sensor, o2s. and i also smoked the intake there are no leaks. I no its not a cloged cat eather. but heres where it gets really wierd it runs with the hazard lights on (still runs like **** but it runs) im at a lose for ideas on what to try next!! i was thinking mabey the pcm has a problum but im saving that for a last resort. any ideas??

Check ASD relay and see if it is cutting it off. Swap it with another relay that is next to it.
