Possibly ball joints, tie rods, or brakes.

Other possibles are, hub bearings, axle ujoints, steering column bushing, power steering pump. I'm sure there are other things too. And what's a "rotor arm" ? Could be that too I suppose.

I have the same trouble in my 2001 v6 ram 1500. I replaced the ball joints but it still squeeks like mad when I turn it. I am doing the tie rods in a few weeks, hoping that will fix it otherwise I am aiming for arm bushings & shocks afterward.

sometimes it is the belt alignment. When the pump is engaged the belt will squeak.

Have you tried replacing the rotor arm?

Does your squeak sound like this:

If so, look at the ball joints. That was mine before they got changed, and the squeak at that time was ONLY the driver side......
