Default Front axle needle bearing

so i was changing out my front axle seals cause it was leaking gear oil, i was cleaning out the tubes to get ready to reinstall the seals, and i noticed a small roller bearing in all that oil and ****, i thought it was nothing because i canged my u joints a few weeks ago and i thought it came from there, but then i noticed another one. turns out there is a small bearing to the left of the CAD housing that the intermediate shaft rides on. now it has no needle bearings in it and i have no clue how to get it out, where to find a replacement, or how to get it back in for that matter, im about ready to set the damn thing on fire, can anybody help me?

Bearing here, about a third of the way down the page. I think it's sorta pressed in.

part number and cheaper sources here. (about $3)

there's 2 interchangeable versions. one is a caged needle bearing, the other is a solid bushing (the large bushing). i replaced my large bushing with the needle bearing while i had the diff out, so replacement was easier. but - the old one tapped out easily and the new bearing tapped in easily with a socket and hammer. you might have to reach in through the cad and catch it with a hook, or seal puller, or nail puller or something creative. it shoud come out easily, its not a real tight press.

i thought about this a little more and remembered that i changed my large bushing/bearing when i had the diff out, cad removed, both axle halves out, and passenger side axle seal out.

i also remembered that you can't get the damn inner axle half out without removing the damn axle seal, and without removing the damn outer axle half, and the damn hub bearing, and the damn brakes.

so you'll have to at least remove cad, passenger brake, hub, slide outer axle out a little, remove cad collar. you might can then remove and replace the large bushing w/o pulling the inner axle. if not, then you'll need a seal and a seal puller tool to continue.
