I redid my whole exhaust in december...I used the 23285 magnaflow cat with pipes system for like $185 (replaces ypipe and incudes pipe from manifold or headers to the muffler setup.) and stainless header from eworld racing on ebay....I already had a stainless gibson cat back system I just reconnected to... it was all bolt on and the old system was fairly easy to remove...
