Question lmc trucks dash cover any good?

I want to order a dash cover for my cracked dash but I was wondering if lmc trucks dash cover was any good and if it fits right and how hard was it to install?has anyone bought one from them and did it fit right?also the darkest color for my truck is dark grey not black and the dash looks black to me.did dodge make a black dash in 2000?the dealer told me lmc's dash cover doesnt fit right is this true or are they just trying to get me to buy one from them for $800 bucks?lmc trucks is $173 with shipping.

The dealer just wants to sell you a dash..... I think a couple members on here have used the LMC product, without complaint, but, that may have been the full replacement, and not just a cover...

If you want just a cover you can get them color matched to the original factory color from dashskin.com They are a little pricey though. You can get a dashskin and bezel replacement for over $200

I suspect by the middle of the summer I'll be able to do a heater core replacement without having to drop the dash, it's in bad shape.

The entire middle section is almost completely gone, only a few piece's left...

Did you not get enough info from the other threads you posted in about the dash? Come on bud, really? We need another dash thread.

I find it odd that an aftermarket company can offer *lifetime warranty*
while dodge makes dashes that crack.
What ever happened to good business.....

If the dash is broken pretty bad, the skin won't help. Gotta have dome dash underneath it.

I used http://sandkindustries.com/DASH.html . LMC Trucks has one also that works well acccoring to others here.
