Default tranny issues

Need help!!!! 8 months ago, had the code of P1763 pop up. I replaced the sensor and transducer in the trans pan. Two weeks ago, transmission started downshifting by itself when driving it for about 45 minutes straight, then the same code popped up. replaced the sensor and transducer again. A couple days later, same dang code! It only does it when I am between 30-50mph and slowing down for a light or something. It downshifts really hard and starts off in second or third gear. I posted something earlier on this site and got a few ideas on what to try. Here is what we have tried so far, with no luck:
-checked that the spring check ball was moving freely in the trans hose by the radiator, and it was.
-took trans pan back off, checked for all wiring, and no shavings, completely clean fluid It was perfect.
-Sensors looked perfect.
-Checked all grounds
I am running at a loss here guys. I cannot afford to take it to a transmission guy. I have already taken it to a dealer and they said it needs a new transmission. We all know how that goes. It does perfectly fine until I drive it for about 35-45minutes, then it starts shifting funny, usually gets stuck in 3rd gear, then the engine light pops up. Any suggestions???

P1763 Governor Press Sens Volts Too Hi

Check the wiring. You have a short somewhere. I seem to remember that there was a problem with the harness IN the transmission chafing against the valve body, causing a short....... if you don't have it buttoned up yet, have a CLOSE look at that. If you don't see anything there, start at the external connector, and follow it wherever it goes, see what you can find. (PCM connectors are pretty famous for crudding up as well.....)

I think its pin 31 in the middle pcm plug. Pink wire, maybe orange. Been doing some research on 1763 since it has shown up here the last few days. What I have found is not good news. I also read about putting a resistor on that line. Also running a new wire from that pin to the main plug. Now I can't find the damn links I was reading. Should have bookmarked. sorry

My transmission would run good for five minutes until it warmed up... eventually had to replace it.
