Thats what you said earlier.haha so how do i remove it without the tool? do i use a small screwdriver or something? I also just noticed my ac hose got a couple pin holes in it from swinging it to the side so i can see little oil bubbles. what should i do to stop those from leakin the freon?

You have to squeeze the tabs and pull the clip up. I forget exactly how. As far as the AC hose goes, it needs replace plain and simple.

Cool beans , glad I could help. As far as the AC goes, there is NO patch for the hose. Too much pressure involved. The MacGyver route won't help in this case.

Nope. Hopefully, will suck less oil. So long as it goes in good, and wants to STAY in....
