Default Loud Noise From Front End?!

I have noticed a loud noise come from the front end. I think? It only does it every so often. I just had new tires put on and then had to have all 4 new ball joints installed and then had it aligned. Now I hear a loud noise come from the front once in a while (I mean I went for about a week without hearing it/ or It will do it 2-3 times in a day). It is scary sounding and you can even feel a vibration when it happens. The sound is loud, banging almost-clanking, then it goes away.
At one time I was thinking it could have been the drive shaft U-joints. But it sounds like the front passenger side of the vehicle. Can a front wheel ball bearing going out make this type of noise/commotion?

Any suggestions?

Jack up the front end, and inspect everything. Might be as simple as a shock bolt not being torqued enough. (them fellers need to be torqued to like 100ft/lbs.....)

Also inspect for any midgets you ran over that may still be under your truck

It's a 2-Wheel Drive so I doubt it's the CAD. And I don't remember running over any midgets lately. LOL

Any other ideas?
