Default Shutter in 1st gear

Got a 5.9 gas auto 4x4 and when the trans gets good and warmed up (driving outta town or hauling trailer) the truck has a shutter (best word to discribe) when accelerating from a stop. Sometimes it's bad enough that it vibrates the whole truck. It doen't feel like it's slipping cuz it hooks up and goes. But maybe it's slipping just enough to casue the shutter but still gets up and goes. I know it's got some trans issues already cuz i've lost "park" like maybe the parking pawl went out. Just wann make sure i have everything i need to fix so i can do it all at once.

it had the shutter before the park went out

yah it drives petty goog in od but sometimes acts like it doesn't want to kick down until i really get onthe gas. But pretty sure it's gonna need a rebuild or just replaced. pulled the pan today to check some other issues and found what i would believe to be a signifigant amount of shavings...
