cant get shocks off

Heat the NUT, not the bolt. Heat makes metal expand, so if the bolt expands inside the nut, it will fit tighter, not looser.

Yep, get the nut red hot, and it should come right loose easily. If it doesn't, just burn it off. May need a wizz wheel to cut the bolt inside the bracket so you can get the shocks out....

Not alot of wiggle room in the bracket,cut the shock down, now trying to get my hands on a cutting torch.

Yeah...gonna go ahead&buy a set of torches if I ant find none to use or maybe try to pick up a plasma cutter&stick it down in there...cut through the middle&then best the rest of the bolt up with a punch.And then...scraping up all I can&or swaping some body work&getting my gears down.Then Im gonna invest in a lift.Making slow money now so hopefully by fall.

? how is there not enough room for a breaker bar? thats how I got mine off?... breaker bar with a pipe over it...You did remove your wheel right?
Of course I sprayed it with penetrate for a couple weeks prior...

Rust is almost not a problem down here, I took my driver side shock off once to check it out, got it off without penetrating oil and a regular 3/8" ratchet.
