If you're desperate you could try a little heat, a standard size blowtorch would work. Is the metal piece (name?) on the inner part of the control arm that the bolt goes through catching so the bolt can be removed?

No way to get to it with a breaker bar not enough room,I just got done painting it&went to put the leveling kit&bl on&while starting on the leveling kit I noticed the pass side shock nut on top was wayyyyy too small finally got it off&the threads were so screwd up from p.o. anyways...got to the bottom neither side will budge.Yes Ive been hitting it with pb all week,my air ratchet broke,my extension snapped...heated&heated nada, think Im gonna try an air hammer if that doesn't work than Ill cut the head off&drill it out.Ive beat on it for hours today.

I had a hell of a time with mine when i changed them all. I used freeze off, pb blaster and a plumbers torch and got them with that. Freeze off is good stuff, ever since then I use it on everything rusty.
