Angry clunk in diff

I have an 98 dodge 3/4 ton quadcab 5.9 diesel.4x4. My problem is a clunk i get in the rear diff when i pull up to a lite just before it stops i get this clunk . i have checked the u joints installed new center bearing had the trans serviced. changed the diff lube.checked the mounts these are all ok.i have very little backlach in the rear diff and no noise. itseems to start doing this after you drive it a coupl miles and all is warmed up because i don't hear this clunk before that. please help its driving me nuts.

Check the bushings on the leaf springs..... got a rear sway bar? How are your brakes??
