beware of 3 things about buying a hypertech (or superchips) tuner.
1. be aware of how the VIN lock process works, and how it only installs to ONE truck at a time. the tune cannot be installed to a second truck until it is uninstalled from the the first truck. if this is not done, then the device is useless. most people buying and selling these things don't understand that. so if you buy one used, you want to see, or see a picture of, the screen that shows its "unlocked" and available for use.
2. i bought a hypertech for my 01 and it refused to reprogram the speedo. i contacted hypertech and received some slight interest, but no solution. i was surprised to find out they really don't understand their own device.
3. if you have a leaking plenum, the spark advance of any tuner will cause it to ping (spark knock) like hell and you'll have to run high octane gas or fix your plenum.
don't expect any mpg increase from a tuner. the best you can get is to have no lift, no big mud grips, low resistance street tires, tune up, and drive like grandma.

That's the correct one. I bought that and am extremely happy with it. Well worth the price.
SCT will NOT make adjustment for speedometer for oversized tires though. Not an issue for me, but if you are going to put bigger tires on, you need to be aware.
